COMITY
We lead with transparency and honesty
Treat everyone with respect and kindness
Support, protect and stand up for each other
Comity is a supportive environment where words can be trusted, kindness counts as the biggest strength, and success can be measured by much more than just money.
WELCOME!
Welcome to the journey of personal development and financial freedom! You have made an important decision and started building your business, which is the vehicle to financial independence.
In front of you are four simple steps that require no preparation or special skills. Everyone, including you, can take these steps. Why?
Because you are surrounded by an environment full of progressive and self-developing people who are supporting you on this journey with both advice and assistance, and in addition, you will be shown exactly which steps will lead to success.
If you want to start immediately and quickly (fast start), your goal for the first 30 days is to achieve the 3K level, which means a combined team turnover, including your own, of $3000. For this, you need at least two members in your team. In addition to the confidence and direct sales bonus, achieving the 3K level within the first 30 days will add an extra 10% XRO coins to your first Comity package.
1. DECISION
What is a decision? A decision isn't a choice; it's a complete commitment and consistent action towards a goal until the desired outcome is achieved. A true decision is when you don't have a plan B in your back pocket but, despite setbacks and difficulties, you continue on the journey.
Each person has different goals and opportunities, and therefore their desire and willingness to invest their time and energy in this business is also different. Be honest with yourself about what motivates you and WHY, because when the journey becomes challenging at times, it is everyone's real WHY that helps them move forward.
Most people start alongside their main job. Therefore, making a decision doesn't mean you have to dedicate all your time and life to this business; not at all. Also, know that you're not alone on this journey, but we are with you, providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and support.
Whether the goal is to earn a little extra money, replace the income of the main job, or start the journey of financial freedom, the first step is the same for everyone - making a decision.
2. LIST
Your greatest asset is the contacts you've accumulated throughout your life – the people you know and are familiar with. The purpose of creating a list is simple, to help you start building your team, which means finding two people who want to increase their income and build this business with you.
However, merely interacting with a couple of people is not enough to find those two individuals. For this reason, we recommend writing down at least a hundred names, which should be enough to find at least two people open to new opportunities. Of course, you might find significantly more people who are interested. 😉
However, it is important to never assume if someone might be interested in this opportunity.
Long-term experience shows that the people you think might be interested are not, and vice versa. As a result, by excluding those who you think will say “no,” you may actually be excluding people whose answer would be "yes."
Since we do not know what is really going on in someone's life or what the person wants to do and achieve, we do not have the right to make a decision for someone else. Our task is just to give this opportunity to as many as possible. Especially because it's only a matter of time before someone else adds your friends and acquaintances to their list of one hundred people.
3. INVITING
At this point, the goal isn't to present the business but to invite someone to a presentation where this business opportunity will be introduced. So, don't be afraid: you don't need to know how to give a business presentation or start selling on your own. Your task is simply to provide the opportunity to see what you see in this business and what captured your interest. After that, each person can decide whether they want to learn more and listen to the presentation or not.
This opportunity isn't and shouldn't be for everyone, so don't take it personally or be disheartened if your friends and acquaintances aren't interested in this opportunity. Why? Many have already made decisions in their lives. Some have achieved what they wanted, for some it is just bad timing at the moment, some are content with what they already have, and so on.
Your goal is not to make people change their previous decisions or drag them along by force. Instead, you are searching for those who are looking for opportunities and are ready to take action.
You can run together with a thousand people, but you can only carry one or two.
Since not everyone is open and looking for opportunities, it is completely normal that only 10-20 people out of a hundred are ready or interested to hear what it is all about. So don't take rejections to heart or personally, as they are addressed to the business opportunity, not you.
Also, since people's lives are constantly changing, today's "no" can be "yes" in a week, month or two. So always leave the door open and regardless of the answer, treat everyone with respect and dignity.
EXAMPLES OF INVITATIONS TO A PRESENTATION
I just started a new exciting business and I would like to share this opportunity with you.
I've come across a business that offers the potential to generate additional income. Could I ask you for some advice on this?
I've found a new emerging company that caught my interest. Would you be interested in learning more about this opportunity together?
If I showed you a way to earn extra money, would you be interested?
As you know, I have been interested in the crypto world for quite some time. I've come across a company that helps many people start simply and risk-free. I'm planning to watch their Zoom presentation. Would you like me to send you a link too?
Just as normal business is not done by answering a few optional questions, a proper presentation is also necessary here, as it is the only way to pass on the information correctly. Therefore, if an interested party wants to ask questions via a call or message, it is easiest to say: "I'm still learning myself and don't know everything yet, but that's why we have presentations – to provide answers to these very questions."
NB! Feel free to adapt these examples to your personal style and the relationship you have with the person you're inviting. The key is to be genuine and convey your excitement about the opportunity.
4. ASK FOR DECISION
Most people think that friends and acquaintances invited to the presentation will call back and announce that they want to start. This is not how it happens in reality, and the well-known truth applies here: if you don't ask, the answer is almost always "no". So it is important to communicate immediately after the presentation.
After the presentation, ask: "What did you like most about this presentation?"
Second: "On a scale of 1-10, how interested are you in starting this business?"
If the answer is 10, you can immediately start the same 30-day action plan together, that is, teach him the same thing that you have done so far to get to this point.
If their answer is below 10, see if the current number is enough to move forward and start.
If the answer is no, ask about the steps or information that would help them make a decision. Also, offer them the opportunity to meet with your mentor, someone who has been in the business longer and achieved more, to assist them. If possible, schedule the meeting as soon as possible so that the information from the presentation is fresh in their mind.
