The Comity compensation plan is based on our values and culture, which are so much more than just empty words on paper but actively serve as a starting point for our everyday actions and decisions.
For instance, one of Comity’s core beliefs is that every question must have an answer, and those answers need to be available to all Comity members, regardless of their rank or turnover. Transparency and equality also characterise Comity’s compensation plan.
The most important part within our global community is the average person, who is not driven by massive profits or being the centre of attention, but rather by a simple desire to earn an additional $500-2000 every month. In most cases, they have other jobs and commitments, so they are not able to stay updated on everything all the time. Based on this, the compensation plan is structured in a way that emphasises the average person’s interests and benefits.
The company always values and protects its members when making decisions, and does everything so that anyone who contributes and generates value is compensated for their efforts.
What Makes the Comity Compensation Plan Unique?
If you are not familiar with multi-level marketing (MLM) compensation plans, noticing the differences immediately can be difficult. Therefore, allow us to highlight some of the main points that make the Comity compensation plan unique.
It is free to join, and bonuses can be earned without a personal purchase.
There are no monthly or annual fees or other activity requirements.
You are never denied any bonuses if you missed them or because you lacked the necessary information. Instead, all bonuses earned by you are kept by us and become available to you once you have taken the relevant action.
Instead of network marketing, we are using the term "sharing marketing", which is based on cooperation, strong values and the principle that turnover is shared transparently and fairly.
Our primary bonus, Infinity, does not come with any time pressure. It takes account of all the turnover that you and your team have generated from the moment you signed up and started building your team.
THe urnover starts to accumulate from day one and doesn't stop, never falling back to zero. This means that you can earn bonuses regardless of your pace of work.
There are other points that make the Comity compensation plan unique, but they require a slightly more detailed explanation. You will learn about them in time through training and real experience of your own and others.
Good to Know
Most MLM companies impose sets of rules and commitments on their members. In such companies, ignoring these obligations leaves members without pay, even if they have done work and generated turnover.
Often, these obligations are deliberately made to be confusing and easily forgettable, as this then gives the company a reason to withhold payments. Leaders, for whom MLM often serves as a full-time profession, are usually able to keep up with these changes and requirements. As a result, the biggest losers in such cases are often average people who use MLM to earn extra money alongside their main job.
In creating our compensation plan, our primary objective was to think of those who are not able to fully commit and always stay informed. In other words, if a person does the work and generates turnover, we have no right to set additional conditions that leave them without the income they have earned. This would go against Comity’s values, culture and the personal principles held by the company’s founders.
In short, we operate on the principle that if someone has generated turnover, they have the right to be rewarded for their work, and that's it.
Definitions
Comity package
A business package which includes a virtual back office, a prepayment of ZERO (XRO) coins, the opening up of additional bonuses and a variety of training.
Comity member/marketer
A person who has registered on the Comity platform, agreed to the conditions and acts in accordance with Comity’s values and culture. As it is possible to start in the company without purchasing the Comity package, all registered members are marketers from day one, meaning they also have the right to introduce the business opportunity to others.
Mentor
Comity marketer who introduced to you the Comity opportunity. The mentor’s role can also be filled by a mentor of a mentor, or an earlier member of the team who did not introduce you to it directly.
It is also useful to know that we do not use terms such as “under someone” or “above someone”. There is a mentor, and there is a team.
Generation
All members who are directly introduced to Comity by you are your first generation. There is no limit on how many members your first generation can have.
If someone in your first generation introduces Comity to another person, this new member becomes your second generation and their first.
If someone from your second generation introduces Comity to another person, this new member becomes your third generation. For the people doing the introducing, this again becomes their first generation.
Team
Each person you directly introduce to Comity generates a team for you. In other words, if you introduce Comity to someone, then everyone who joins through them forms your first team. If you introduce two people, you will have two teams.
From then on, the first team is referred to as T1, the second as T2, the third as T3, and so on.
There is no limit on how many people can belong to a team or how far the generations can reach. Similarly, Comity members are not separated by national borders, meaning that members can introduce Comity to other people in any country the company is operating in.
Shortfall
A deficit of something required or expected. In Comity´s context the missing or out of balanced turnover to reach the next level.
What is USDT?
USDT is a cryptocurrency that is also a stablecoin. In other words, 1 USDT = 1 dollar.
Level Badge
We provide bonuses at four different levels, which depend on whether you are building with two, three, four, five or more than five teams.
For example, if you reach the 3K level in the Infinity Bonus plan with two teams, you become a 3K STAR. If you reach the same 3K level with three teams, you become a 3K LEADER. If you reach 3K with four teams, you become a 3K LEGEND, and if you reach 3K with five or more teams, you become a 3K GHOST.
Throughout your journey, your Level Badgescan change. For example, you can reach 100K with five teams and earn the 100K GHOST badge, but if one of your five teams does not catch up to the others by the time you reach 200K, you will earn it as a LEGEND.
Why such badges?
Because of simplicity and differentiation.
In the MLM business, Level Badges are one of the primary forms of recognition, since they display the accomplishments and commitment of a marketer. As such, we wanted this recognition to be as clear and simple to other members as possible.
Accordingly, the Comity Level Badge has two functions: the first is the shape, which shows how many teams the marketer is building with; and the other is the number marked on the Level Badge, which symbolises the total turnover of the marketer and their team.
The Three Core Bonuses of Comity
But enough with the introductions and definitions! Let’s get straight down to business, starting with the three core bonuses of Comity. These are the Direct Sales Bonus, the Infinity Bonus and the Monthly Bonus.
Let’s start with the bonus that a marketer first starts to profit from: the Direct Sales Bonus.
DIRECT SALES BONUS
Possible to earn without making a personal purchase.
Payments are made every Monday.
Payments are 75% USDT and 25% XRO.
The direct sales or referral bonus is a method used by many large and well-known brands worldwide. It is one of the best ways to sell your product, as fees are paid only when the final transaction is made. This means that the company avoids the sort of classic marketing expenses where it is impossible to predict the proportions of expenses and profits.
Additionally, the effectiveness of traditional advertising is constantly decreasing, as people are overwhelmed with information overload. This, in turn, makes navigating through various offers and making purchase decisions increasingly challenging. After all, every provider claims that their product is the best.
This is why one of the most efficient ways of conveying information is through recommendations or the movement of information from person to person. People tend to put their faith in friends and acquaintances who say they have tried a product and really liked it, rather than in classic advertisements.
In this business model, the company pays directly to individuals who distribute information and generate sales, rather than to marketing agencies. In following a classic business model, a lot of money is spent on ads and marketing without even knowing if this will boost sales. With direct sales, it is possible to direct this part of the budget to a specific person.
As direct sales based on recommendations is unquestionably one of the most effective ways of marketing, we use it as part of our Comity bonus plan, where we refer to it as the Direct Sales Bonus.
Since we want to provide as many people as possible with the opportunity to be part of Comity, the Direct Sales Bonus, as the first method of earning money, is available to everyone without having to make any personal purchase.
Of course, if possible, we recommend starting your Comity journey with the purchase of the Comity business package. Why? There are several reasons for this, but one of the main ones is the fact that your decisions and actions as a mentor are copied by your team, and new members often ask: "Which package did you start with?" in order to gain confidence and an example when choosing their own starting package.
At the same time, we understand that starting with a package may not be affordable for everyone who wants to join. In order to give everyone the opportunity to start regardless, Comity has a Direct Sales Bonus, which can be earned even without buying a Comity package.
Those who want to unlock the following bonuses to get paid for the work they have done so far can purchase a Comity package for their direct selling bonuses.
In the Comity system, you can earn from direct sales a maximum of three generations deep (for more details, see the definition of “generation”.) Everyone you directly introduce to Comity is your first generation, and there are no limits on how many people you can introduce to the company.
Here is an example. Let's say you introduce Comity to an old acquaintance of yours called Robert. In this case, Robert becomes part of your first generation, and you earn 10% of the profits generated by him. This is paid to you in two parts: 75% USDT and 25% FSZ Coin.
More specifically, if Robert wishes to purchase a Comity package worth $1,000, you will earn 10% from it, which is $100. This is paid to you as $75 in USDT and $25 in XRO Coins.
Now that Robert is also interested in the product and introduces it to his friend Maria, he earns 10% on all of Maria’s personal Comity package purchases. And since Maria is now part of your second generation, you earn 5% from Maria’s package purchases. Just as you don’t have any restrictions on how many people you can introduce to Comity, the same applies to Robert. In other words, your second generation, just like your first, can have an unlimited amount of members.
If Maria likes the product and recommends it to her friend Paul, he becomes Maria’s first generation and she earns 10% from Paul’s personal Comity package. From that purchase, 5% goes to Robert, for whom Paul is his second generation, and 3% goes to you, for whom Paul is your third generation.
Thereafter, if Paul recommends Comity to someone new, you don’t earn from it, but Robert does, as Paul’s first generation is Robert’s third. At the same time, Maria earns 5%, as Paul’s first generation is her second and, of course, Paul himself earns 10%.
The Direct Sales Bonus ends there, but don’t worry! Bonuses continue from that point onwards with a new way of earning.
INFINITY BONUS
The second earning method is the Infinity Bonus, the backbone of Comity. The Infinity Bonus opens up the opportunity for unlimited income, allowing you to earn from the turnover of your entire team, reaching out from an infinite distance.

What does 'from an infinite distance' mean?
Everyone starts their Comity business from zero, meaning that initially, your team consists of just one member: you. Next, you promote the business among your friends, family and acquaintances, who become your first generation.
After that, they promote Comity among people you might still know, but at some point, you will lose sight of the flow of information as it moves towards new people.
In this way, sooner or later, people from countries all over the world will become part of your team, which is when your business will start slipping out of your control (in the best sense). In other words, this is where the power of MLM comes into effect, as it has no limits. With good products, systems, leaders, culture, values, and company, it can continue growing at some point even without your input.
Nonetheless, you earn profits from this growing team from an infinite distance. This means that when someone in your team purchases the $1000 Comity package, your Infinity Bonus also raises by $1000, regardless of how far from you the team member in question is. Even if there are hundreds of people between you and the Comity member who makes the purchase, your account gains a $1000 turnover.
And yet this doesn’t automatically guarantee a payout, as turning a turnover into a bonus requires balancing turnover from another of your teams. Why? Because it is not possible for the hundreds of people who gain this turnover on their account to receive a payout for it.
Therefore, each member who has this $1,000 in their Infinity program, has to make balancing turnover totalling at least the same amount in order to receive bonus payouts.
To help you better understand the concept of balancing turnover and how bonuses are paid, we will provide specific and illustrated examples in the following text.
The Infinity Bonus is one of the most honest and user-friendly ways of earning money. Why? Because the turnover considered for achieving levels never resets to zero but accumulates and continues to accumulate – hence the name Infinity.
As there is no pressure or record-keeping, every marketer can choose their own pace and personally decide how much time they want to invest, without fear of missing out on certain bonuses.
In other words, thanks to the Infinity Bonus plan EVERYONE who has worked and generated turnover gets paid, regardless of their pace, as all bonuses are available to them upon reaching a certain level of turnover. It doesn’t matter if that takes you a month, two months or even a year.
Sure, we are aware that the most important factors in the MLM business are pace and momentum. For those who are eager to give their all and thrive under additional pressure and deadlines, we have a separate bonus designed specifically for them. While this bonus warrants extra effort, it also gives you a higher income. However, we still know that most people enter this business to earn a bit of additional monthly income.
Unfortunately, the majority of MLM businesses are structured in a way that if the pace is not sufficient, members miss out on most of their bonuses.
In this regard our motto is simple and applies equally to all members: if someone has created value and generated turnover with their team, they have the right to get paid for it. As a company, we have no right to set any extra requirements that cause someone to go unpaid. |
MLM businesses often encounter situations where many are left without payment because they lacked the information they needed at the right time, didn’t have time to agree to new conditions, or had no right to be paid as their account was not active enough during the required period or they had not paid their monthly or annual fees. All such restrictions on payments and extra conditions go against our core values.
Consequently, our Infinity Bonus is designed to prevent situations in which individuals contribute value and generate turnover, but due to not reaching a specific level in time, their bonuses go unpaid, and the turnover resets to zero.
The logic behind the Infinity Bonus becomes even more friendly and flexible for our members due to the fact that, even if you haven't yet unlocked the Infinity Bonus (for which you need to purchase a Comity package worth at least $500), there's no need to worry. Your team's turnover has been accumulating in the background since the day you joined and is waiting for you.
When you decide to purchase the package, or once you have saved $500 from Direct Sales Bonuses and can access it this way, all Infinity Bonuses earned thus far are paid to you retrospectively.
It is common, even usual, for MLM companies to start keeping account only after you make a purchase, but to us it is important to be by your side from day one. Therefore we take into account all of your contributions, supporting you on your journey in every way possible.
How is the Infinity Bonus calculated?
To earn the Infinity Bonus, your turnovers have to come from at least two separate teams, meaning that you have introduced Comity to at least two people and that information has spread further on from them.
While aiming for the first level (3K), one team can only contribute up to 50% of the required turnover. In other words, when talking about the 3K level, the required turnover from one team is calculated as a maximum of $1500. A simple formula is to divide the required turnover by the number of teams (in this case, two), so 3K/2 = $1500, or 50%.
If a team generates a turnover larger than required to reach the 3K level, the surplus is not lost but is instead applied towards achieving the next level.
Additionally, turnover can be generated and balanced with a personal purchase. For instance, if you have a $1000 turnover from one team and $1000 from the other, you still need an additional $1000 to reach the 3K level. This remaining amount, if you choose, can be generated by your own personal $1000 purchase.
The system makes these calculations automatically, but it is useful to know that when using a personal purchase to balance the turnover of other teams, the system only takes what is needed. For example, if your personal turnover is $1000, but only $500 is required to make up the shortfall, the additional $500 is left on hold and can be used whenever you need it.
To make up a shortfall with a personal payment, there should be at least $500 turnover in that specific team. Therefore, it is possible to achieve the 3K by having $500 turnover in one team, another $500 in a second team, and $2000 as your personal turnover.
It is also important to understand that if, for example, you have a third team with small turnover, it can be used to help cover the shortfall.
For example, if the turnover of T1 is $1500, T2 turnover is $500, T3 turnover is $500, and your personal turnover is also $500, you have achieved the 3K. This is because the turnover of T3 and your personal turnover balance out the shortfall perfectly.
If one of your teams generates more turnover than needed, there's no need to worry, as the surplus will be waiting for you upon reaching the next level.
You can also build three strong teams. With three teams, the rule for reaching the next level is that each of them can only generate a maximum of 33.33% of the required turnover. For example, if you want to reach the 15K level, each of your three teams can contribute a maximum of 5K.
In other words, the same simple formula applies; you have to divide the required turnover by the number of teams you want to use to reach the level. In this case, with three teams, the formula is as follows: 15K/3 = 5K, or 33.33%. You also have the option to make up the shortfall with a personal purchase or an additional team.
If you are building up your business with four strong teams, the rule for reaching the next level is that each of them can only generate a maximum of 25% of the required turnover. For instance, if your goal is to reach 100K, each team can only contribute a maximum of 25K towards it.
To keep track of the requirements for each team, once again, simply divide the required turnover by the number of teams. In this case, with four teams, the formula is as follows: 100K/4 = 25K, or 25%. You also have the option to make up the shortfall with a personal purchase or an additional team.
If you are building up your business with five teams, the rule for reaching the next level is that each of them can only generate a maximum of 20% of the required turnover. For example, if your goal is to reach 100K, each team can only contribute a maximum of 20K towards it.
You can divide the required turnover by the number of teams you want to use to reach the level. With five teams, 100K/5 = 20K, or 20%. You also have the option to make up the shortfall with a personal purchase or an additional team.
There are no restrictions on the number of teams with which you can build your Comity business. If you build with more than five teams, the turnover from these additional teams is combined and distributed to balance any shortfall in the first five teams.
For example, let's say you have 10 teams and the combined turnover from all of them is 100K. In this case, the turnover from teams 6-10 is added together: a total of 50K. This amount is divided among the first five teams based on their shortfalls in the required turnover.
In this case, each team lacks 10K for you to reach the 100K level. To reach 100K with five teams, the rule applies that each team can only contribute a maximum of 20K turnover. Therefore, the turnover from the extra five teams covers the shortfall in the first five teams and voila!
You have reached the 100K level.
Let's bring one more example. You have 10 teams. The turnover from the first team is 25K, and the combined turnover from teams 2-7 is 10K (total of 60K turnover). The last three teams (8, 9, and 10) each generated 5K turnover. As the total turnover is 100K, you have successfully achieved the 100K level
Question: With how many teams did you reach this level? To calculate this, we first need to add together the turnover from teams 6-10, which is 35K.
For the 100K GHOST level (with five teams), each team has to have turnover of 20K. If we now start dividing the 35K from teams 6-10 between the teams with shortfalls, then T2, T3 and T4 can be covered by the extra turnover, but the fifth team will still be missing 5K from the required amount.
Therefore, the system tries to divide the turnover according to the 100K LEGEND level, meaning that it will count four teams so that each contributes 25K. Then the turnover of teams 5-10 are added together, which combined comes to 45K. The first team has generated enough turnover on its own. The second, third and fourth teams can be made to qualify with the extra funds from teams 5-10.
This means you have reached the 100K level with four teams, becoming a 100K LEGEND.
Infinity Bonus is designed to guarantee full payments for its members. If a member generates turnover, they have the right to receive bonuses for their work, without any rules preventing it.
For example, let's assume your current level is 45K and you want to next reach 100K. You have built up six teams with the following turnovers: T1 - 25K, T2 - 20K, T3 - 20K, T4 - 20K, T5 - 7.5K, and T6 - 7.5K.
The system first checks whether the combined turnover of all the teams is at least 100K. If it is, the system then starts checking the maximum number of teams with which you can reach 100K. In this case, it is not possible with five teams, as the turnover from T5 is not enough and T6 cannot make up the shortfall. For this, the combined turnover of T5 and T6 would have to be at least 20K, but they are currently only 15K.
As such, the system starts checking whether you meet the 100K LEGEND level (with four teams), so it starts redistributing the turnover of T5 and T6 to balance out the other teams. In this way, the shortfall is covered and you reach 100K with four teams.
Infinity Bonus is exclusively paid out in either USDT or XRO Coins. You can choose whichever suits you and what you prefer.
At the same time, as you move up through the levels, it is necessary for your personal purchase capacity to increase. This number is modest, ensuring you don't feel excessive pressure, and it remains manageable, yet it is still in place to avoid a situation where you are already earning decent bonuses but do not possess XRO Coins yourself. Additionally, a fundamental principle of Comity culture is that we lead by example, guiding through real actions.
To qualify for the 3K bonus, you need $500 in personal turnover, and for the 100K bonus, you need $1000 in personal turnover. If you already own the $500 Comity package, you only need to purchase an additional $500 package.
To qualify for the 550K bonuses, you need a personal turnover of $1500. Again, the same logic applies: if you already have the $1000 package, you only need an additional $500.
But it is worth knowing that if your personal turnover is not $1500 by the time you reach the 550K level, there is no need to worry, as you will not lose the chance to claim it in the future. You will obtain the 550K bonuses as soon as you make the required purchase. All earned bonuses will remain waiting for you until you claim them.
The Infinity Bonus plan is one of the best compensation plans you could ever wish for, basically the dream of any MLM business builder.
Since on the one hand, we want to use Infinity Bonus plan to give everyone the opportunity to choose their own pace, but on the other hand to make sure that all bonuses are waiting for everyone, regardless of someone's speed, we sacrificed one important thing, the possibility of earning regular bonuses for those who choose slower pace.
For example, when a marketer is moving from 200K to 350K and the team's turnover growth is 50K per month, the 350K level will be reached in three months. Which means that for those three months the marketer does not earn the Infinity Bonus. However, it does not rule out a Direct Sales Bonus if sales are made in the first three generations.
Since we know how important it is in the MLM to make money every month (even if it's just small bonuses, but to keep something coming in regularly), we solved this gap with one extra bonus.
As a result, it is possible to earn bonuses every month even if the marketer has chosen a slower pace, and it takes several months to get from one level to another in the Infinity Bonus plan. Let’s take a look at how this works.
MONTHLY BONUS
The third way of earning is the Monthly Bonus, which means that every month starts with zero turnover. This bonus is an additional bonus for all Comity members. For example, it addresses the situation previously described, where marketers who have chosen a slower pace in progressing through the Infinity Bonus plan and do not reach a new level every month can still earn some extra income each month.
The Monthly Bonus is also designed for those who desire more and are willing to make an effort to get ahead. Depending on the turnover's magnitude, this bonus can generate significant excitement at the end of each month, especially on the last day when the sprint to the finish line becomes quite intense. But as the saying goes, it takes great pressure to form diamonds!
Monthly Bonus
Counting starts from zero every month.
Opens up after reaching 45K in the Infinity Bonus plan.
It is counted from the same month in which you reach a turnover of 45K.
Personal purchase balances out shortfalls.
Bonuses from the previous month paid in the first week of the following month.
Payments are 90% USDT and 10% XRO
During the month, the total turnover of all teams is compiled and paid out based on the Monthly Bonus plan, which follows the same payout rules as the Infinity plan.
This means that you need a minimum of two teams. The rules for reaching the next level depend on whether you are building with two teams (max 50% contribution from each team), three teams (max 33.33%), four teams (max 25%) or five teams (max 20%). The turnovers of all the remaining teams balance out the shortfalls.
Personal purchases help balance the shortfalls, but unlike the Infinity Bonus, the difference here is that if there is unused personal turnover, it does not carry over to the next month. In other words, personal purchases also contribute to filling the turnover gap in the monthly calculation. However, if the total amount of personal purchases is not needed to balance the turnovers, it does not carry over to the next month.
Monthly Bonus is paid out in the first week of the following month, with 90% in USDT and 10% in XRO coins.
Another cool thing about the Monthly Bonus is that in the same month you achieve 45K in the Infinity, and your Monthly Bonus calculation is activated, your monthly career account also begins. This means that your turnover for the same month is paid out according to the monthly bonus plan.
In other words, in the month you achieve the 45K needed for the Infinity Bonus plan, you get paid for the Infinity Bonus and also for the Monthly Bonus, meaning that for 45K you get an additional 20K for the Monthly Bonus plan.
The precise amount depends on the number of teams you reach the level with. If you are putting in a genuine effort and the turnover of your teams reaches 50K for that month, you receive 50K in bonuses.
This compensation plan is meant to serve as a guide to help you understand the logic behind Comity’s sharing marketing bonus payments and their distribution.
