BIO
I come from a small village in Raplamaa, Estonia.
Studied to be a car mechanic but never pursued it.
Started my first business at the age of 21.
Business philosophy: “Your business will never grow bigger than you do.”
Today, I am the owner of several traditional businesses and have also built a Lyconet network of almost 500,000 people.
One of my biggest dreams and driving force has always been to give my parents complete freedom to be, go, travel and enjoy life without having to worry about their farm, work or money. In October 2016 this dream came true.
Even after over 3,000 one-on-one presentations, hundreds of business seminars, training sessions, workshops, and speaking to over 12,000 people, I still have nightmares about public speaking.
More than enjoying being highly successful, I love helping, encouraging, and coaching others. Actually, one of my dreams is to sit quietly in the last row and to watch our team members walk across the big stages, accomplishing their goals.
I had my first experience with crypto in 2018.
From the same year I've been building (together with our small core team) an online community which has around 1 million combined followers from different platforms. This project is born from pure passion and is a place where my heart and soul is.
In October 2020, I dived into Web3 and for the next few years lived in this space 24/7. Web3 has helped me to regain hope that it’s possible to turn things around in this world and to make them better.
In October 2022, I met someone who shared the same focus and mission as I did. Together, we joined forces to create ZERO, COMITY, and MATRIX.
ZERO is our Web3 social media platform, COMITY focuses on business networking, and MATRIX is our Neo Bank. Together, they empower people with freedom, better choices, and a sense of belonging in an environment where people and values always come first.
After 10 years with Lyconet, I decided to close that chapter and start a new one, applying everything I had learned. I recognized that all the paths I've taken have led me here to this moment. Now is the time to combine my heart and passion with Web3 to spark a massive shift in the world.
GOOD TO KNOW
I grew up on a small dairy farm where my parents worked tirelessly every day for 30 years without vacations or weekends to provide for me and my sister. At the time, I didn’t appreciate how much we were involved in the daily farm work throughout the year, especially when our friends who lived in apartments seemed to have so much free time.
But today, I couldn’t be more grateful to my parents for giving us such a disciplined life. Thanks to them, I am who I am today, and I am incredibly proud of that. My parents are the hardest-working individuals I know, and I admire them deeply.
A very important role in my life was played by my military service, where, at that time, it was still a place that could transform a boy into a man. It was also where I gained my first leadership experience, an opportunity that was entrusted to only a select few.
I tried various occupations, including working in a security service, a ventilation-insulation company, different warehouses, as a modular roof builder, a real estate broker, and many more. However, I always moved on when I felt there was no more room for growth.
Since childhood, I've had only one thought about life: to live freely and reach a point where, no matter what idea comes to mind – no matter how crazy or big – I can act on it immediately.
This means that to achieve that, I can't do traditional work where someone tells me what to do and when to do it. Anyway, even the thought of it feels too restrictive. So at that moment, the only solution was to dive into the world of entrepreneurship.
I went through a lengthy bankruptcy and, over the years, faced various failures, struggles, and disappointments. Looking back now, I see that they all helped shape me into the person I am today.
Why network marketing?
Because this industry is all about personal growth. Everything revolves around helping others. Want to achieve huge success? Help many people.
Want even bigger success? Help even more people.
At the end of the day, the real reward isn’t the income you earn but the person you need to become and grow into to achieve it. Few industries, with network marketing being one of them, can offer the potential for unlimited income, which can also become passive income over time.
Why did we create our own network marketing company Comity?
Having been in this industry for over a decade, I've seen far too many things that are fundamentally wrong with it. Most MLM company owners are ordinary entrepreneurs who care only about money. This completely contradicts the core concept of the industry, which should, first and foremost, be about people.
As a result, the entire concept, values, and compensation plans of such companies are designed not for the benefit of the people, but for the company itself, ensuring maximum profits for the owners and only the top leaders.
This, in turn, has led to the current situation, where many people speak poorly about the MLM industry. Individuals join these companies based on attractive promises and big talk that never materialize, simply because fulfilling those promises was never the company's true intention.
People waste years without achieving their goals and then claim the entire industry is flawed. However, the truth is that this industry is one of the best out there; the real issue is that most top leaders within it lack good intentions.
Our goal is to change this perception and understanding on a global scale. To achieve this, we have created a concept, values, and a compensation plan that prioritize people and their interests first – exactly as this industry was always meant to do.
Why did we create our own social media platform ZERO?
Today, people are exploited for personal gain. Large corporations manipulate us, turn us against one another, and disregard fundamental human values. We believe the root of this issue lies in greed and the prioritization of money over people.
Our time and attention are the most valuable resources we have, and the quality of our lives depends on how we use them. Today’s platforms exploit this by feeding us endless distractions and meaningless content, pulling us away from what truly matters. They profit by making us less focused, less informed, and less in control. The system is so big that most people feel forced to go along with it, believing they have no other choice.
Our goal is to create an opportunity for those who disagree with what is happening and refuse to be exploited. A place where responsibility is taken for the time people spend. A place where individuals feel safe, are not treated as products, and where there is no hidden agenda. Thanks to the massive shift that is coming – moving from Web2 to Web3 – this is now possible.
Why have we started to create our own Neo Bank MATRIX?
There are two big reasons.
First, because of digital currencies that governments are now creating and launching, presented as being in the best interest of the people. In reality, there is a hidden agenda behind these initiatives – to gain more control over individuals. Unfortunately, most people believe these promises and fall into the trap, unknowingly giving away their human rights, only to realize it when it’s too late.
We are building an option for those who still want to maintain control over their own lives, avoid being tracked 24/7, and enjoy a private and secure existence.
Secondly, we need this ourselves, as we already know that what we are building doesn’t align with the interests of those who exploit people for their own benefit and currently hold the most power in the world. We cannot afford to place this control in their hands.
What makes these companies unique, and why do we believe we can make a difference?
Because this entire journey with all these companies started from who we are as people and what we value most. It’s not just business; it’s the expression and amplification of our beliefs and core values, helping us serve more people and fulfill the bigger mission of our lives.
For example, I truly believe that no matter how big the business you build or how many lives you influence, you should always stay humble and keep working on your most important project – yourself.
This means that no matter who you meet along your journey, there is always something to learn from them. Treat everyone with respect because we are all equal, regardless of someone’s bank account.
However, keep your standards high – don’t allow anyone to treat you poorly, manipulate you, or disrespect you. Don’t believe empty words; instead, pay attention to people’s actions. If someone doesn’t treat you well, they have no place in your life.
Why? Because the quality of your life depends on the people you surround yourself with. That’s why you must be careful, observant, and maintain high standards to ensure your environment is worthy of you. And along the way, never lower your standards for anyone. Only allow people on your journey who raise those standards.
Never lose faith in yourself, because everything is possible, and you are capable of achieving anything! Remember, you can accomplish everything your heart truly desires in life. Even if you don’t see the path right now and everything feels hopeless, never give up or lose hope.
Know that it is still possible, and you can do it. All those hardships are there to test you, helping you grow into the person who can carry and live the life you dream of. Just believe, keep moving.
Trust me, the biggest regret you could ever have in life is realizing that everything was truly possible, yet you didn’t take action or make bold moves toward your greatest dreams – to live the best version of your life.
All those books, movies, and stories you’ve read, watched, or heard about endless true love and unbelievable achievements are not fairy tales, but real-life events experienced by ordinary people like you and me.
The only difference is that they never gave up, never stopped believing, and kept going, no matter what – until they achieved it.
I am a strong believer that at the end of the day, life is all about taking many different journeys, feeling a wide range of emotions, creating incredible moments, and helping as many people as possible.
What I can't stand?
I can't stand when the weaker are bullied or harmed, especially when they can't or are unable to defend themselves. I can't stand when people's kindness and goodwill are taken advantage of.
Why do I do everything the way I do, and why am I the person I am?
My greatest goal and mission is to inspire humanity through my values and the actions that reflect them. I strive to become a better person every day, not just for myself, but also for others.
I aim to help and support those around me and to be a symbol of hope, showing that things can be done with a pure heart and sincere intentions.
I believe that goodness always wins. I believe that people should always come before money, and everything we do should be driven by a purpose to create value. I want to be a living example of hope, optimism, and positivity through my actions, inspiring others to believe in themselves and in the idea that anything is possible.
If someone I’ve come across says they became more positive, started believing in themselves, grew into a better person, or began treating others with more kindness, then I’ll know I’ve succeeded.
Every decision I make and every step I take today is guided by this purpose.
