To help you regain access to your account, the Comity team has prepared a simple and secure password reset process. Just follow the step-by-step instructions below to set a new password and restore access to your account quickly and safely.
Step-by-step instruction on web page
1) Go to the Sign In page.
2) Click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
You will be redirected to the password recovery page. Fill in the field with the email you used during registration. Click the "Send code" button below.
4) Click the button below once it becomes active. Check your email inbox.
Open the email from Comity (no reply is needed). This will have a verification code to reset your password. Enter the code on Comity.
5) Set your new password. Fill in the required fields with your new password and confirm it.
6) After successful password change, you will be redirected to the Sign In page. You can now log in with your new password.
Didn’t receive the email?
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Go back to Step 3 and click "Resend Code" to resend the password reset email.
