Step-by-step instruction on web page
1) Go to the Sign In page.
2) Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
You will be redirected to the password recovery page.
3) Enter your registered email address.
Fill in the field with the email you used during registration.
4) Click the button below once it becomes active.
This will send a reset link to your email address.
5) Check your email inbox. Open the email from Comity (no reply is needed). Click the "Reset Password" button in the email.
6) Set your new password. Fill in the required fields with your new password and confirm it.
7) After successful password change, you will be redirected to the Sign In page. You can now log in with your new password.

● Check your Spam or Junk folder.
● Go back to Step 3 and click "Send Link Again" to resend the password reset email.
