The authentication process is essential for protecting your identity and ensuring your personal data remains secure. It allows our team to verify that you are the rightful user, helping us maintain the safety and integrity of our system. To help you through the process, the Comity team has prepared clear and detailed instructions on how to authenticate successfully.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1) Install the Comity App
Make sure the Comity app is installed on your phone. Open it and tap the Sign In button.
2) Read the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Description
On the next screen, you will see a brief explanation of how 2FA works.
3) Download Zero Authenticator
Tap the Zero Authenticator button. This will redirect you to the Zero Authenticator page in the App Store. Download and install the app.
4) Open Zero Authenticator
Once installed, open the Zero Authenticator app and tap the “+” (plus) button to add a new account.
5) Copy the Key from the Comity App
Go back to the Comity app (Step 2) and tap the Copy Key button to copy your account key.
6) Add the Key in Zero Authenticator
Return to the Zero Authenticator app. On the "Enter key" page, fill in the required fields and paste the account key you copied. Tap Save.
7) Copy the Temporary Code
You will now see a temporary code generated for your account. Copy this code.
8) Return to the Comity App
Go back to the Comity app and tap Continue.
9) Enter the Code
Paste the temporary code into the input field and tap Continue.
10) You're All Set!
You will be redirected to the main page. Authentication is now complete.
