A Marketer is a self-employed independent contractor which means an individual or business entity that enters into an Agreement with the Comity for the promotion and sale of the Comity Service and Products and the Comity Opportunity.
(a) Complete the Marketer's online Application and Agreement available at www.thecomity.com; the person submitting the Application confirms that he/she is authorised to enter into an Agreement with the Comity and that he/she as identified in the online Application is at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required in the Marketer's Home Country);
(b) Provide any additional information and documents required by the Comity;
(c) from the moment Comity officially operates in the country or region of the marketer, the marketer will have access to Comity Services and Products, Comity Business Tools through the Comity Web Office
