Signing in to the Comity Finance app is quick and secure. Whether you're returning to manage your account or access new features, just enter your credentials and you're ready to go.
If you've enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you'll also be asked to enter a temporary verification code for added security.
Follow the steps below to log in smoothly and safely.
Step-by-step instruction:
1) Download the Comity Finance app from the App Store or Google Play.
2) Open the app and select “Sign In” on the welcome screen.
3) Enter your login credentials.
Fill in your registered email and password.
If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot Password” and follow reset instructions.
4) If two-factor authentication is enabled, open your Zero Authenticator app, copy the 6-digit code, and paste it into the verification field. Tap “Continue.”
5) Create a PIN code.
On your first login, you’ll be prompted to set a 4‑digit PIN code. Enter and confirm the PIN; you’ll use it for quick, secure access next time you open the app.
